MESHTOOL/OGFVIEWER update

MESHTOOL/OGFVIEWER - crossplatform utilities toolkit for viewing, conversion 3d-models and levels from different gaming engines.

Used 3D API interfaces: IBM OpenGL, Mesa3D OpenGL (Scitech SNAP SDK).

System requirements:

IBM OS/2 Platform: OS/2 Warp, eComstation. (Separately available Windows version)
